Packages and Rates
Our wedding packages start at $750, depending on the location, performance duration, and your choice of harp or harp + voice.
Ceremony Package includes:
- Travel and harp transport*
- Arrival 30-45 minutes prior to playing time
- Tuning and amplification set up
- Prelude + ceremony + postlude
- Up to 2 song requests
- E-mail song consultation/ communication
Cocktail/Dinner Package includes:
- Travel and harp transport*
- Arrival 30-45 minutes prior to playing time
- Tuning and amplification set up
- 1 hour of background music
- 1 song request
- E-mail song consultation/ communication
Ceremony + Cocktail/Dinner Package includes:
- Travel and harp transport*
- Arrival 30-45 minutes prior to playing time
- Tuning and amplification set up
- Prelude + ceremony + postlude
- Up to 2 song requests

Extras:
*Travel rates:
A travel supplement may be asked for if distances are greater than one half-hour’s commute or for difficult locations (unpaved roads, limited access, water crossings, etc.). We will provide a travel rate for your event when location details are provided.
Song requests:
Additional song requests (beyond the package): $50 – $100, depending on difficulty and amount of advance notice.
Cartage fee:
Moving equipment during event, such as between ceremony and cocktail hour: $50
Event delays:
If for any reason the event is delayed, a $50 fee is charged every 15 minutes delay.
